Staten Island Urby Apartments

We lived in Staten Island Urby for 1 year and that was great. Building is clean, stylish and comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes on 1st floor. There is a water in front of building so air is always fresh. Building has great management, Ashley Hernandez was always helpful, positive and kind. There is also gym, pool with no amenities fee. SI Urby is great choice for its price.

The place is incredible! You feel as if the staff is part of your family, because they treat you as if you were! The Resident Coordinators Brian, Brandon and Darren are responsive (with beaming smiles) to your needs and provide assistance, instruction and knowledge on how to navigate the Urby Experience! The maintenance staff, especially Jonathan, the security staff especially Andre, and the housekeeping staff, especially Ms. Iona, are all wonderful and assist you in a genuinely caring and friendly manner! This truly is a nice place to call home!

I have Been at Urby 5 months I cannot tell you how amazing it is. The staff. Is absolutely marvelous. Ashley helped me Settle and assited with all My paperwork and was absolutely super helpful after settling in I meet, Brian and Brandon who are always helpful and do amazing community events. I loved the pool always clean and maintained, the gym is easy access to me and dispite other reviews it's a very clean building I constantly hear them vacuuming the halls. The maintenance crew is also on point had a few situations needed help with and they responded immediately. Ivan and Tim the security staff also pleasant. I love Urby thankful to have made the move. You all are amazing. Happy Holidays

Staten Island Urby is the reason why I love New York. I bet you're asking why? The Urby is filled with so many different smiles, ethnicities, religions, and beautiful faces. My dad recently visited and every day he would say “It's so beautiful here, I don't feel like I'm on Staten Island” Honestly, he's right. The best part is you don't have to leave. The coffee is outstanding and if you're not taking 5 steps to Seppe or Pastavino you're losing out. The decor is gorgeous. Whoever designed these structures is in another grade. The pool, gym, fire pits, garden, events, playground, and lounge are a big perk of The Urby. Let's not forget about the heart of the heart of Urby. The staff :) With everything said this place wouldn't be what it is without the staff. Thank you all for your care and kindness. I want to individually thank Ashley Hernandez she's the sweetest person you'll ever happen upon and still gets her job done. My 2nd favorite part of The Urby is getting Amazon packages lol it's like the adult Chuckie Cheese! Why you ask? I guess you're going to have to come and see. I hope you enjoy the Sunrise as much as I do.

Since moving to Urbys two years ago, I have been extremely satisfied! My favorite part about the apartment is the attention to detail, the amenities, the neighbors, but what I like the most is the attention that Brandon and Brian have, they take care of everything and ensure everything is in order! Both Exceptional problem-solver’s and always good energy!

Luxury SECTION 8 of Staten Island! Risk at your own cost. Robbers, drug addicts in general criminals. There is no safety at all. Creeps are hanging out inside and outside the building. The worst year of my life living in NYC while at URBY of Staten Island. Within a year i got robbed and harassed by the building employee, management literally doesn’t give a damn about ANYTHING. They are passive aggressive instead or enjoy torturing tenants who pay their rent on time. I can just go on and on about how this area and building suck. Simply check the facebook group of Staten Island URBY residents. Every other day someone gets stabbed or cars smashed windows around the building. Even the parking garage is not safe. DO NOT even rent a storage unit in the building, they don’t even have security cameras there in the storage. I have lost a lot of my stuff in my storage unit. Simply stay away from here. By the way when we were touring the apartments a year ago I mentioned the concern i have from reading the reviews about the building and realtor was like no it’s not what happened it’s completely safe and we have cameras, it’s all Lies!!!! Please take my advice and stay away from here.

Ike is awesome. He’s personable, helpful, very on the ball. He goes out of his way to make URBY great for both residents and guests. When I moved in he was so great and helped me know where to go for things. Always calm even when he’s very busy. Dude Rocks! All the staff here are outstanding honestly and always smiling even when stressed by so much going on. I recommend it here. Worth every dollar!
